**Job role**: HR & Recruitment Administrator
**Salary**:£13,386 per year (FTE £22,310)
**Hours**:Part time 22.5 hours per week
**Contract type**:1-year Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
**Location**:Bath
**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our small HR Team based at our head office in Bath, as maternity cover. This will be a varied role where you will provide administrative support to our HR and Recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the HR sector, as well as working for an organization that helps the vulnerable.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Support with the onboarding process for all new joiners, completing all pre-employment checks, DBS and reference checks.
- Assist the HR Assistant with the accurate maintenance of employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team (e.g. advertising roles on both our internal system and external job boards)
- Be prepared to send out communications to JH users regarding important updates and opportunities.
***Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines whilst also maintaining a high attention to detail
- Highly motivated, good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and writing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
