**Role Purpose**

Responsible for providing effective and efficient People Team administration support in a fast paced environment, while acting as the first point of contact for colleague HR related queries.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Implement required administration for all colleague activities including accurate and timely maintenance of all the People Team systems and records.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation and leaver processes, including entering data into the People Team systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for administrating People Team related documentation, such as contracts of employment and contract variation letters.
- Support the People Team in implementing processes to help improve the colleague experience.
- Assist in administering company benefits.
- Supporting the People Team with varying project administration.
- Running reports from the People Team systems.
- Support with absence management, probationary periods and parental leave queries.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to understand complex written requests & information
- A team player with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, ideally with experience of HR systems
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude
- Efficient and accurate at updating writing and numerical records
- CIPD or HR qualification or equivalent experience (not essential)
