**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Chase outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions in the UK and abroad.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping and inventory management.
- Maintain filing and record-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Exhibit professional telephone skills when communicating with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure the office and showroom are clean and presentable for meetings and staff.
- Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling and supply management.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role within the UK.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- A passion for fragrances and an understanding of the perfume industry is a plus.
