An exciting opportunity for an_ **Administrator**_ to join a small dedicated team at this established national company based in Southall.

You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented _**Administrator**_ with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's administrative systems and procedures
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to accounts and operations.
- Assist with organising and scheduling meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
- Sort incoming/outgoing post.

Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

**Salary **:£22k -£24K depending upon experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
