West London College is seeking a proactive, highly organised and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient operations across our college departments, with a particular focus on exceptional service delivery, discretion, and organisation.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Delivering high-quality administrative support to the Executive Support and Administration teams
- Managing schedules, documents, and correspondence with accuracy and speed
- Maintaining internal systems and the college portal with up-to-date and well-organised information
- Handling confidential matters with professionalism
- Prioritising competing tasks and deadlines with calm efficiency
- Working closely with staff across the college to support the delivery of high-quality education

- We’re looking for someone who brings a **professional polish, proven administrative experience, and the confidence to support senior staff in a fast-paced environment.**
- A proven track record in a similar administrative role (education or public sector preferred)
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital systems for diary management, document creation, and data entry
- Able to prioritise, multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- A helpful, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
