**Job Overview**
I am seeking a strong Administrator with a can-do attitude to become the heart of the office for a specialist supply and service company. Working closely with the company owner, you will become the go to person in the office for a variety of tasks. **Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organisation
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Xero financial software
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Outlook
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and office management
