**Full job description**

Our client, a manufacturing hub in Rochester, are looking for an administration assistant. The oportunity will be 13 week temp to perm. You must drive due to location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Produce order forms for work being produces
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using computer software
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of general office procedures and phone etiquette
- Must be able to cover full time hours (40)

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
