**The role**

As the Aftermarket Business Development Manager for Marshall Mercedes Truck & Van you will be responsible for the sale and retention of Service, Maintenance, Parts Contracts & Associated Services on both Mercedes Trucks, Vans, Trailers & All makes of vehicleswithin our area of influence. We pride ourselves that we offer industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction.

A position you will be expected to enhance and drive forward successfully, bringing your own experience and innovative ideas to our organisation.

With our one stop shop philosophy, you will have a huge range of products and services to sell to truck and van operators, our Aftermarket Operations who operate on 24 hours will be able to ensure you are continually supported with your sales efforts.

The position is supported by the sites General Manager & reports directly into the Groups Head of Business.

As this is a predominantly field based role customer care experience gained in the Truck, Van, Capital equipment or retail either face-to-face or over the phone is desirable, you’ll be a real people person able to build a rapport at all levels and possessthe confidence to negotiate and influence sales situations.

**This role would suit you if-**

You have the ability to self-motivate as you will be organising and structuring your own diary and workload for each day.

Enjoy target and time driven deadlines, whether set by yourself, your direct management team or Mercedes Benz as a Franchise.

You are happy to travel and able to be methodical and time efficient when planning your routes.

Be comfortable and confident using all elements of Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with Internal systems.
