VP Marketing / Head of Marketing / Marketing Director needed by a bootstrapped, rapidly growing B2B SaaS startup business that is already sustainable.
The founding team have developed the organisations global presence and client base using organic product led growth and word of mouth alone. They're now ready for a SaaS marketing expert to join the leadership team and help them identify, reach, and win newcustomers.
The VP Marketing / Head of Marketing / Marketing Director will:

- Build and own the marketing function across all online channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Content, Brand, etc).
- Define and execute entire marketing campaigns and activities across relevant channels.
- Test, iterate, and scale effective strategies.
- Steer marketing efforts based on data-driven decisions and own clear performance KPIs.
- Lead a unified approach to the design and aesthetic of online customer experience.
The VP Marketing / Head of Marketing / Marketing Director must have:

- Proven experience growing a B2B Saas startup brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
- Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
- Comfortable in an unstructured start-up environment.
- Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships and channel marketing.
- Great campaign management.
- You are an outstanding communicator, both written and verbal.
- The ability to take complex ideas and turn them into a simple narrative that engages audiences at every level.
