Head of Growth / VP Growth / Head of Marketing needed by an early stage tech start up in the music industry who have developed a new way for artists to promote, celebrate and grow their fanbase while interacting with fans along the way.
As the first marketing hire within the business, you will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement, and monetization of this exciting digital product.
This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology teams to conceptualise and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.
The Head of Growth / VP Growth / Head of Marketing will:

- *Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels.
*Identify, develop & optimise growth channels to drive revenue growth.
*Constantly analyse marketing data and user feedback to help shape future marketing strategies.
*Discover and propose new initiatives to attract prospect and convert leads.
*Provide inputs and use your expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities.
*Work closely across other teams throughout the business to share ideas, feedback & present results.
The Head of Growth / VP Growth / Head of Marketing must have:

- *Proven B2C experience from any online consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, gaming, travel, media, etc.
*Proven experience growing a B2C startup from pre series A and beyond.
*Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas.
*Experience with paid advertising on channels such as Facebook and Tik Tok.
*An entrepreneurial and commercially focused mindset.
*Experience in working with customer data.
