**The opportunity**

This Series A backed B2B SaaS business is seeking an experienced VP of Finance who work closely with the CEO, CTO and investors in executing their 3 - 5 year strategic plan.

The business is well funded by investors who are sector experts, purely focusing on the SaaS space. Since investing, ARR has grown to circa £5m with headcount now approaching 100 internationally. They have quadrupled in the last 4 years and are keen to furtherconsolidate the European market whilst continuing to focus on growth and expansion in the US.

**The role**

The VP of Finance is responsible for both operational and commercial aspects of finance and will play a key role in supporting the business as it scales internationally.

Importantly, the VP of Finance must also think strategically about risk and opportunity as the business scales, driving a business partnering culture, whilst also ensuring finance is at the key of strategic decision making.

**Key requirements**

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent)

Previous experience with SaaS based KPI’s (ARR, LTV, churn, etc)

Previous experience in a managerial role (within a finance function)

Previous experience in a VC or PE backed environment
