We have been retained by a rapidly scaling EdTech provider to search for a VP Product / Senior Product Director that will guarantee the continued development and roll out of their core software offerings, which are already being used by over 120 countriesglobally and that benefits more than 40,000 students every year.
You'll be part of the executive team and the VP Product / Senior Product Director will lead the effort to shape the product roadmap, manage stakeholder relationships and implement team culture. In the early months the VP Product / Senior Product Director willbe involved in the growth of the Product team from 4 to 6 members.
This is an incredible opportunity for a VP Product / Senior Product Director to join a fast growth EdTech that puts students at the heart of their product.
There are exciting opportunities to scale an already global software offering, notably into the USA, where there is already strong demand.
The VP Product / Senior Product Director will:

- Be responsible for the product direction, strategy, and roadmap
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing product team (currently 4)
- Build a product management culture that balances product intuition, design innovation, market insight and data-informed decision making
- Establish cross-functional strategies and work closely with Design, Data and Engineering teams to ensure the roadmap is consistently delivered in the most reliable and effective way
The VP Product / Senior Product Director must have:

- Strong full lifecycle product management experience in a mass user driven environment, such as B2C, B2B2C or a marketplace
- Experience making commercial decisions based on market, customer, and competitor analysis, as well as strong experience prioritising a roadmap
- Previous experience growing, leading, and mentoring product teams
- Strong experience creating structure and process, creating a high performing product environment
- Experience putting the customer at the heart of the product
- Very strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to use data and evidence to drive decision making
