HR Recruitment Assistant - Band 4 - Human Resources - 37.5 hpw - Full Time - Fixed Term Contract for 1 Year**
We have a great opportunity for a passionate human resourcing and recruitment enthusiast, looking to join our busy and progressive general recruitment team. The role will see the post holder managing prospective employees through all stages of the recruitment process, from job advert to contract of employment, and participating in interview panels.

As well as this the post holder will also be able to support our managers at various meetings, including sickness absence and performance meetings.

This is a diverse and exciting position, allowing the successful applicant to expand their peoples and organisational skills within a growing Trust; no two days are the same

Do you have?
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take own initiative and work independently when needed
- A strong administrative background
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, maintaining accurate attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work and balance between work from home and onsite
- Excellent keyboard skills and confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- NHS experience and recruitment knowledge are desirable but not essential.We want to hear from you if you already work in a fast-paced recruitment field and want to develop your career in the NHS.
