We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to expand their experience in a fast-paced commercial organisation, working in an established HR function, you will support with generalist HR duties,such as advising and managing ER issuesin a timely manner and adhering to agreed SLA’s; supporting managers with policies, procedures, and guidance on HR matters; and provide support to the wider team.

You will ideally be CIPD diploma qualified to Level 5/7 and have significant ER experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly resilient with the ability to work at pace, taking an analytical approach to your work. There will be someflexibility available initially in terms of working from home, but you must have access to a vehicle and be able to travel nationally when required.

In addition to salary, you will receive a highly competitive benefits package that includes car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and additional flexible benefits.
