Administration & Surveyor Role:
The Administration & Surveyor is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- General administrative support
- General reception duties, phones, greeting customers, etc
- Manage survey appointments
- Sending out quotations
- Invoicing
- Claims Handling
- Practical estimating (Training given)
- Client Face to Face appointments
- Quotations
- Sales follows ups
Key skills and qualifications of the role:
- The role requires strong communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively as a team member
- You must also be able to work well under pressure, to cost and time constraints
- You must be well organised and able to effectively arrange the move with other departments and so the ability to multi-task is essential
- You must also be a good problem solver, able to use intuition to resolve any issues and complaints from the client
- To work in this role you must also be proficient in Microsoft Office. Domestic Removals industry software knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Full clean Drivers licence
- Must have Admin Experience 5yrs +
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
