One of the UK's largest trade suppliers of timber and composite decking to Timber and Landscape merchants is currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who has exceptional administration, organisational, and time management skills.
This is a full-time role working 3 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
**As Sales Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Responding to general enquiries in conjunction with the sales team members by providing information to stakeholders, including but not limited to pricing, product availability, order updates, and sample requests
- Processing customer and supplier purchase orders and coordinate delivery of materials in line with customer and supplier requirements
- Managing the open orders to ensure that deliveries are made in line with expected dates and updated where required
- Liaising with supplier and logistics partners to manage notice of deliveries with the customer base
- Ensuring that invoice queries and credit requests are processed in a timely manner and in line with the Company procedures
- Working with key contacts at main suppliers to ensure order book is accurate and up to date
- Coordinating hospitality, travel, and accommodation requirements for regional events and functions

**We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who has the following skills and experience**:

- Previous relevant experience in a sales support role
- Demonstrable experience of sales and purchase order processing using ERP systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of developing and maintaining databases
- Good administration, organisational and time management skills
