Lit Fibre is an exciting and innovative ISP, dedicated to bringing full fibre broadband to residents across the UK. Founded by a passionate team with over 25 years' experience building FTTP networks, we are striving to deliver our 10 Gigabit-capable network to homes across the nation, backed by unprecedented levels of customer support.

This is a crucial role within Lit Fibre and will be a key member of our commercial team. A newly-created position, essential to the acquisition and retention of Lit Fibre customers, it will focus on targeting and acquiring new customers to ensure fantastic customer experience.

We are looking for a determined individual who has experience in producing sales collateral, supporting events and offering strong marketing skills to support a field-based team. This person must have a customer-first mindset, a good understanding of back-end and front-end impacts, and an ability to develop campaigns, events and process-mapping.

**What does the role involve?**
- Working closely with the commercial team develop a dedicated sales team plan around training, selling, planning, activities, events and looking at marketing that can drive value for our sales team.
- Executing strategic marketing communications, specifically direct marketing activity.
- Staying current on trends and monitor the competitive landscape to determine opportunities to optimise and test new offers, formats and messaging.
- Overseeing of multimedia and production budgets
- Developing sales materials with the engagement of key stakeholders
- Supporting our field sales team in the day-to-day activities of driving leads and sales.

**We’re looking for people with the following skills**:

- Previous consumer marketing experience, working with a field-based team is a big bonus.
- Strong experience of managing consumer campaigns on a day-today basis.
- Confidence in creating and delivering field marketing materials.
- Events coordination and execution.
- Creative thinker with the potential to develop marketing-related innovative ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
