Scheduler (Fast Linear Channels)

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a **Scheduler **to join our Syndication team.

Over the last three years, Little Dot Studios has launched and developed a portfolio of eight FAST linear channels that are distributed globally via more than 12 platforms as well as our own app (Veely). An exciting opportunity for a scheduler to join our team and build and program the channels has arisen.

**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Develop, plan, maintain and deliver detailed weekly schedules for Little Dot Studios linear channels using the programme schedule grids and scheduling tools.
- Ensure all programme schedule grids and trackers, content information, and necessary documentation is up to date and accurate, liaising with the Processing Delivery team, the compliance Consultant & Editor, the Acquisitions team, and the Scheduling team.
- Work with the team to support the development and evolution of our programming and scheduling strategy. Assist with the input and analysis of relevant viewing data to provide context on performance and ultimately ensure overall growth of our channels on the different platforms and territories.
- Assist in identifying key content strands and review programming suitability for inclusion in the channels, as well as reviewing the content levels across the channels on a monthly and quarterly basis reporting back to the wider team.
- Help research and review incoming content from the Acquisitions team to help gauge overall suitability, correct channel assignment, and follow up on potential issues.
- Support keeping the the content calendar up-to-date, (e.g. special events, holidays, releases etc...) while recognising and suggesting appropriate stunts according to channel brand and specific territories.
- Working with other members of the scheduling and insight team review and monitor the wider FAST TV landscape and keep up to date with competitor scheduling trends, channel launches and other news.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Passionate about TV, media and content planning.
- A good understanding of channel scheduling or content planning for digital platforms and in particular scheduling FAST linear channels and AVOD would be an advantage.

Experience of the following tools helpful: Cloud based scheduling systems such as Amagi or Wurl, Google Sheets and/or Excel, Asana or similar project management tools
- Excellent time management and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to prioritise efficiently
- Good team player & good communication skills.
- Ability to work self-sufficiently, taking responsibility for day-to-day resolutions.
- Creative problem solver, who is curious and asks questions.
