Are you seeking for an opportunity to pursue a career within financial services. We have an excellent opportunity for a graduate to join our Finance team.

Linear is a privately owned, small but fast-growing business with a highly scalable model as a Prime and Agency Broker, providing the complete suite of multi-asset Brokerage services to its buy-side clients, from execution through to margin financing, custody and settlement of equities, fixed income, FX, mutual funds and structured notes.

Reporting to our Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

- Posting and Processing invoices
- Cashbook payments and reconciliation
- Cash flow and market data analysis
- Assisting Middle Office in booking transactions against client accounts
- Be involved in the redemption and subscription process
- Processing monthly Staff expenses and NI/PAYE payments
- Electronic filing and record keeping
- Other finance duties as required by the department

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate with
- Good attention to detail and curious to learn
- Good Knowledge of MS office. Knowledge of quickbooks preferred. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong self-organisation, time management and prioritisation skills with ability to work as part of a team and autonomously once the required standards are met
- Must be proactive in your ability to address both project and daily tasks.
