I'm delighted to be partnering with a growing, multinational manufacturing business in Peterborough, who are looking to appoint their new Head of Finance. Having had a positive and eventful start to the year, they have a new sense of direction and are lookingfor someone who relishes a challenging yet rewarding environment; who can support them as they strive to double in size in the next twelve months.

The Head of Finance is a high-pressure role where you'll have full oversight and accountability of budgets & forecasting, financial processes and reporting. Leading a small team, and working closely with the Finance Director, you'll have fantastic exposureto and have influence on different business areas, offering various progression opportunities.

**What You'll Do?**
- Manage and provide strong leadership to finance team which includes
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- FP&A
- Project Accounting
- Play a pivotal part during both month end and year end close
- Manage and prepare statutory accounts
- Take full ownership of SOX compliance
- Publish US GAAP financial statements
- Develop and maintain an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring best practices are adhered to
- Support and business the Finance Director on additional projects and duties required by the business

If you're qualified and from a practice background and have knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP, you're off to a great start and could be just what we're looking for. If you also have management experience and have experience in the manufacturing sectorand are looking for you're next step, this could be the role for you.
