Enjoying continued growththrough service and market development, the business is seeking **an experienced Pricing Manager** with a Legal or Professional Services sector background to support the Legal Operations team. Supporting and influencing decision making on pricing,you will provide ongoing tactical pricing support to Projects & Project Finance teams in the UK & Europe. A broad brief includes:

- Acting as an advisor & resource for Partners & Senior Associates on pricing decisions
- Working with Partners, Business Finance, Legal Operations & Business Development to create financial models specific to pricing scenarios
- Acting as a knowledge expert for pricing in key markets within Asia Pacific, Middle East & USA
- Supporting the development of a firm-wide pricing strategy
- Providing data analytics to improve understanding & prediction of the cost of delivering work
- Reviewing existing pricing agreements to identify opportunities for enhancing current & future performance
- Developing innovative pricing propositions that enhance practice group abilities to win profitable work
- Supporting the development of metrics & reporting tools to clearly illustrate trends & analysis of pricing
- Provision of training sessions, development of tools & best practice matter management
- Supporting the development & implementation of strategic pricing projects
- Leading the planning & implementation of new pricing processes

As an experienced Pricing Manager with a Legal or Professional Services sector background, you will be a numerate and analytical individual, with the ability to convert complex and raw data into concise and actionable intelligence. Understanding of AlternativeFee Arrangements utilised in law firms is advantageous. The role demands strong Excel skills, the gravitas to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders alongside excellent communication skills.
