An international law firm are expanding their London pricing team and are seeking a commercially astute Pricing Manager. This is a pivotal role for the business, shaping the financial success of their client relationships.Based in the city of London on a hybrid basis, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies across a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients. You will be responsible for managing a high performing team whilst mentoring their professional development. Working closely with partners, business development, and finance teams, you will ensure pricing models are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients across multiple jurisdictionsLead the development of pricing strategies for client proposals, panel pitches, and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).Provide strategic pricing advice to partners and senior stakeholders across practice groups and jurisdictions.Analyse client profitability, matter performance, and pricing trends to inform commercial decision-making.Collaborate with finance and legal project management teams to monitor pricing compliance and matter budgets.Support the development of pricing tools, models, and best practices across the firm.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a pricing, commercial finance, or client value role, must have worked in a B2B environment, ideally within professional services or legal sectors.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.Experience working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus.Why Join?Be part of a forward-thinking, inclusive, and collaborative global firm.Work with some of the world’s most prestigious clients and legal minds.Enjoy a flexible working environment and a strong commitment to professional development.Competitive remuneration and a comprehensive benefits package.
