**Location** - Hybrid; 2 days per week at our Bristol HQ

**Salary** - £27,000-£29,000 (DOE)

**A bit about the role**

We’re excited to be growing our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on our mission to find and hire brilliant people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

You don’t need years of experience, just a genuine interest in recruitment, great organisational skills, and a proactive, people-first attitude. We’ll provide the training and support to help you develop your skills and grow your career in talent acquisition.

**What you'll be doing...**:
In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment across various roles, including graduate hiring, ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard the best talent.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and develop a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

**Graduate Recruitment & Early Careers**
- Support and coordinate graduate hiring initiatives, including university outreach, careers fairs, and assessment centres.
- Manage relationships with universities and student organisations to attract top talent.

**Interview Coordination & Selection**
- Work with hiring managers to ensure a structured and inclusive recruitment process.

**Offer & Onboarding Support**
- Assist in offer negotiation and pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with HR to support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

**Data & Process Improvement**
- Support recruitment reporting, tracking key hiring metrics and trends.

We're looking for someone with a proactive and people-focused mindset, eager to build on their early recruitment experience, and take the next step in their career.

**Desired skills and experience**

1+ year of experience in recruitment (agency or in house)

A 2:1 university degree or relevant qualifications in HR, business or related fields The ability to prioritise and multitask within a high-growth, fast paced environment. Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools (preferrable but not essential) A clear sense of ownership and accountability Someone who is observant, insightful and eager to contribute
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
