**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opening for a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Advisor, to join our European Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Team. You will help drive forward the continuous growth of a Global Leader within the Environmental and Sustainability consultancy sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to continue or begin a career in ‘in-house recruitment’, where you can play a key role from day one in the ongoing development of a successful and rapidly evolving international business.
The TA&R team are well established and integrated into the business, working in partnership with managers and colleagues strategically to ensure recruitment targets and objectives can be achieved. A team of six, all with varying TA and recruitment backgrounds, we work in support of each other and the wider teams with additional opportunities to deliver added value projects, making it a varied, challenging but very enjoyable place to work.
With team members based at our Bristol or Exeter offices, we have a truly hybrid approach, so you’ll have the option to work flexibly from home too.
**The role**
You will work closely with the team and the business, developing partnerships to know hiring requirements, organisational structures, and individual team dynamics. You will take pride in building and maintaining relationships with key decisions makers throughout the business.
Day to day this will involve:
- Growing our talent pipeline, managing a recruitment caseload, in line with our European business plan of both budgeted and strategic growth
- Utilising your experience of traditional and innovative methods (advertising, LinkedIn, social media, careers events etc), developing your professional network, to attract and engage with top talent
- Coordinating offer processes including extending / negotiating, conducting eligibility checks and ensuring contracts are issued accurately and in good time
- Managing our processes via our in-house ATS (People Sage) and recording recruitment info / data accurately for reporting (MS Excel)
- Providing advice and guidance throughout the hiring process, monitoring effectiveness of approaches and campaigns, implementing changes to hiring methods and approaches
- Opportunity to be an active participant or owner of internal projects related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion such as process improvement, partnering with 3rd parties for advertising and contributing to training content

**About you**

What is important is that you have experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to form positive and productive working relationships, valuing the benefits and rewards of working collaboratively, with the drive to achieve both individual and collective success.
- Knowledge of current employment law, HR legislation and recruitment best practice, with a sound understanding of the importance of the equality, diversity & inclusion agenda throughout relevant processes.
- Initiative to foresee, identify and solve internal challenges, dealing with them in a timely and effective manner, escalating where necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a high standard of written English
- Fully backed by the team, you’ll have the autonomy to plan your own work, so will need excellent organisational skills for workload and diary management. You’ll bring a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a self-motivated approach to deliver to recruitment deadlines and related challenges.
