**Salary**: Basic to £30k, Realistic OTE £54k

+ car allowance

Job description:
This excellent opportunity has arisen for this market leading business as a result of continued dynamic growth plans. Working in partnership within a busy City Centre Estate Agency office as a Mortgage Adviser, you will have access to a fantastic lead sourcewith appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Conducting appointments daily with property buyers and seller
- Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs
- Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
- Take part in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships
- Maintaining contact with previous clients for remortgage opportunities
- Attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment

Skills and experience required:
As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12-18 months or more experience in whole of market mortgages and experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, howevera demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser
