If you're a people person with a passion for New Home Sales, this is your chance to make an impact Our industry-leading **"Sales Advisor Pathway**" training will help you become a fully-fledged Sales Advisor in just 12-18 months, but this can be achieved sooner **What You’ll Be Up To**: As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you'll help make our customers' dream homes a reality Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - **Connect & Sell**: Assist with customer appointments, guide them through reservations, legal transactions, and make sure they’re over the moon by the time they’re moving in - **Coordinate Like a Pro**: Work with Solicitors, Estate Agents, and New Homes Mortgage Advisors to keep everything on track and up to our New Homes Quality Code. - **Keep the CRM on Point**: Log every customer journey detail in our CRM to keep things smooth and efficient. - **Customer Care**: Be their go-to person from the moment they walk in until well after the sale. - **Teamwork Makes the Dream Work**: Work together with our Construction, Commercial, and Legal teams to keep everything running seamlessly. **What Skills & Experience Will Make You Shine?** - Great communication skills - Confident in a customer facing environment - Computer literate including Microsoft Excel and Word - Any experience in sales or customer service is a big plus - A knack for building strong relationships - Full UK Driving License **Perks?
