As our business continues to grow, we're looking to welcome a motivated, positive and people-focused individual to join us.

We're looking for someone who communicates with confidence, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Some previous estate agency experience is essential, but you'll also be fully supported by our experienced team and Directors.

Salary: £25,000+

What the role involves:

  • Handling day-to-day enquiries about our sales and lettings properties
  • Arranging viewing appointments and booking valuation visits
  • Carrying out accompanied viewings for both sales and rental properties
  • Reporting offers and assisting with sales progression
  • Referring buyers and sellers to solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors
  • Staying in regular contact with our buyers and sellers and helping spot new business opportunities
  • Working from our office on Granby Street (LE1 1DH) with travel to properties as needed

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm with a requirement to work one in three Saturdays between 9:00am and 1:00pm.
