**What we are looking for...**
A motivated, self-driven individual who is able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Booking Viewings & Market Appraisals of properties in the local area
- Liaising with vendors to discuss the marketing activity of their property
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales to the best possible price for clients
- Ensuring current legislation and regulations are adhered to
- Providing a professional and courtesy approach to all clients

Access to own vehicle preferred not but not essential (mileage will be paid)
Salary is basic plus commission.
**Salary**: OTE £24,000.00 to £30,000.00 in Year 1
