We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the property industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Prepare and present property listings to attract potential clients
- Assist in the marketing of properties through various channels, including online platforms and print media
- Weekly calls with vendors providing an overview of how their property is performing in the current market
- Sales progression to completion
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the property industry

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong passion for the property industry
- Previous sales experience is required
