As a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs. **Duties**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for property transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details
- Assist with marketing activities such as creating property listings
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and document preparation
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
