**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews
- Maintain HR databases and systems
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in organising training sessions and workshops
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate e colleague records
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a human resources department
- Proficiency in the Office suite
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Organisational skills: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
