If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our team and support our HR department in the education sector. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and work towards a career in HR, while also pursuing your CIPD qualification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the HR team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and orientations. o Provide general HR support to employees, addressing their inquiries and assisting with HR related requests.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Assist in organizing and conducting HR training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
- Continuously learn and develop HR knowledge and skills. Qualifications: o An interest in Human Resources and the education sector.
- Eagerness to pursue a career in HR.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work towards obtaining a CIPD qualification.
