An ideal opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Pontarddulais Office as an Office Administrator.

**Role will include**:

- Maintain records of financial transactions and deal with financial paperwork and filing.
- Effectively communicate with other businesses.
- General office duties.
- Data Entry.
- Banking.
- Payroll Support.
- Use of Xero accounting software.

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Good written and communication skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Initiative.
- Confidence in using various Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Word.
- Use of accounting software e.g. Xero.

**Full training will be provided**

**Pay negotiable depending on experience - Advertised pay amount is based on full-time hours and dependant on experience.**

**Part Time - Full time positions considered.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
