**Job Role**

We have an exciting opportunity here at Waddle Insurance to join our Administration team in a fast paced and dynamic insurance company. You will be working with our administration team who handle all of our after sales and customer care. This is a key role within our business within the company during a period of growth, allowing you access to new and invigorating projects.

**Key responsibilities for an Office Administrator**:

- Secretarial / call filtering
- Client document filing and management
- General day-to-day office duties; managing electronic and hard-copy paper filing systems
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up additional opportunities
- Appointment booking and diary management
- Liaise closely with the sales teams, clients and providers to ensure that high standards of communication and organisation are always maintained

**Your key skills as an Office Administrator**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Excel/Google Docs
- Microsoft Office
