**About us**

Homeowner Management Services is a small family run business in Forestfach Swansea.

We specialise in the prevention of mortgage repossession across England and Wales.

We are three brothers that have been running the business for 15 years and with the increase in the cost of living we are very busy and accept we need to add an enthusistic individual to our team.

We work out of a very spacious office in Fforestfach and maintain a relaxed atmosphere.

We can be flexible with hours and create a position to suit the right individual depending on experience.

- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist in cordinating clients with how much and when they pay their mortgage.
- Call and discuss a clients position and payment history with their mortgage lender.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and conduct case updates.

- Full training will be provided, however any background in Mortgage administration might help.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Outlook and Excel and other computerised systems.
- Must be proficient in Maths and English due to writing letters and calculating payments and values and conversing the same to clients.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills is essential due to being telephone based.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
