Working within a prestigious Development based in the Cardiff Bay area this position is primarily;
- Customer focused and requires a high calibre and proactive individual maintaining the high standards of the development at all times.
- Have a courteous and polite reception to all residents

Experience of working within a service orientated environment is Essential.
- Duties to include but are not limited to: _

Primary responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and residents as they enter the development.
- Full walk round of all communal areas of the development including allocated car park bays and leisure facilities on a daily basis.
- Daily patrol to be recorded in the virtual concierge daybook online reporting any issues identified.
- Manage programming/replacement of key fobs and releasing keys to new residents, letting agents, contractors, etc.
- Ensure all keys are coded and held securely and are signed for on release/return and records kept.

Obtain and record meter readings for tenants on request.
- Feedback any information to and from residents as required.
- Respond to all resident queries and provide a high level customer service to tenants and letting agents.
- You will be the main point of contact on site to all customers providing information about the Development and the surrounding areas, key contacts and location advice.
- To handle parcels and packages that have been delivered on a daily basis.
- To conduct site walk rounds on a daily basis.
- Investigate faults and issues that arise within the development, this can be from leaks to fire alarms. These reports have to be documented within the hand over log.
- Investigate first level complaints within the development.
- Provide regular communication to customers with initial queries to resolution.
- The Concierge reports directly into the Development Manager

About You

You will be a well-spoken and highly presentable concierge, who has experience working in high-end residential developments. You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver, an empathetic who can build lasting relationships with customers and efficiently attend to any enquires.

**Salary**: £9.00-£9.50 per hour
