We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to take ownership of our marketing strategy, drive engagement, and increase sales through multiple marketing channels.**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive restaurant sales and brand engagement.**:

- **Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring regular, high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice.**:

- **Organise and oversee content creation, including photography, videography, and copywriting for digital platforms, menus, and promotional materials.**:

- **Maintain a marketing calendar, planning campaigns and promotions in line with seasonal events, new menu launches, and key business initiatives.**:

- **Collaborate with internal team members and external agencies, influencers, and content creators to amplify brand visibility.**:

- **Work with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and industry collaborators, to create marketing opportunities and strengthen brand presence.**:

- **Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, using data to refine strategies and maximise ROI.**:

- **Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.**:

- **Manage digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and optimise spend for maximum effectiveness.**:

- **Oversee website updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content.**:

- **Engage in community and PR activities to build relationships and increase local brand awareness.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage sector.**:

- **Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.**:

- **Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.**:

- **Ability to manage and coordinate content shoots, working with photographers and videographers.**:

- **Strong organisational and project management skills to maintain a marketing calendar and execute timely campaigns.**:

- **Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential.**:
