We are seeking a creative and ambitious Global Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our talented Creative Team in Wakefield.

**Position Purpose/Mission**:
The Global Marketing & Communications Assistant will provide comprehensive support for the Global Marketing and Communications Department. Based in the UK, this role will support the day-to-day operations of the department by managing administrative duties to ensure cohesiveness across our work.

The Global Marketing & Communications Assistant will contribute to strengthen the relationships between the Global Marketing and Communications Department and their internal customers across the business.

This exciting and fast-paced role has a clear path to progression with the successful applicant on a trajectory to evolve into a Marketing Manager within 2-3 years.

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Communications**:

- Manage the execution and fulfilment of SWAG (i.e., promotional items, including clothing). Establish relationships with suppliers and source SWAG as needed. Work with design teams to co-ordinate unique designs. Manage internal requests.
- Assist with the co-ordination, approval and administration of exceptional content for Marketing and Communications purposes.
- Collaboration with in-house teams including Subject Leads, Project Managers, photographers and videographers, as well as external resources (writers, freelancers, studios etc) to co-ordinate content across our Projects - including Rock n Roll shows and Theatre installations.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to co-ordinate client facing collateral, including presentations, business cards and general marketing materials.
- Support Event Leads to deliver B2B events, including European trade shows, conferences, education shows and internal gatherings.

**Administrative duties**:

- Support the Global Marketing & Communications team/operations by performing various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule team meetings including the preparation of agendas and recording and distributing minutes or other records.
- Supporting of the teams' project list to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Provide team support in generating internal reports.
- Support the development of new internal processes.
- Coordinate internal communication for the Marketing & Communications Department by tracking marketing channels and workflows.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Entertainment or equivalent.
- Experience in a Marketing, Communications, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem
- solving skills.
- Self-starter with ability to drive multiple tasks at once while also able to quickly take on new projects.
- Excited and energised about working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment with vast opportunities for professional growth within the department and overall organisation.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to improve processes.
- Eager to be part of a relatively new team within an established and growing global organisation.
- Experience within entertainment and theatre, specifically production a plus but not required.

**Travel**:

- Required to travel across the UK (specifically London and Haverhill) and occasionally to global locations.
- Routine travel across the UK for team collaborations will be required.
