**Job Opportunity**: Customer Service Advisor

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify additional business opportunities by thoroughly understanding client needs.
- Ensure proper documentation of all complaints, maintaining accurate records in compliance with GDPR.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address client complaints and queries.
- Keep customer accounts up-to-date with accurate and relevant information.
- Work closely with other departments to fulfil customer needs and maintain smooth operations.
- Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication across teams.
- Be responsive to ad-hoc requests and work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative in all tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

**What We Offer**:

- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
- Holidays: 32 days inclusive of Bank Holidays and extended leave over the Christmas period
