We are seeking talented individual at a leading industrial company in Houghton le Spring as a Customer Service Advisor We are looking for someone who can leverage their transferrable skills to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional assistance to address inquiries and resolve issues. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure customer needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, with a background in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
