We are looking for a qualified, highly professional, and ambitious Skin Specialist to join our expanding team. Here, you will join like-minded Therapists and Aesthetic Injectors where you will grow and develop in a business that prides itself on high standards and excellence. As a Skin Specialist you will work with Market Leading Technology and develop your experience by performing the most advanced treatments within the market. You will be responsible for empowering and educating our clients to achieve their best skin possible. You will exhibit an extraordinary level of customer service and combine this with a very personalized approach to deliver high quality results for every client.

Know the role
- As a Skin Specialist, you will take your client through a journey, this will include advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point. We want to captivate our clients with personalized experience and enable our clients to fall in love with their skin care journey.
- Perform treatments, every service must be set up as a skin care programme of both home care and treatment to achieve desirable skin goals. You will create a partnership by sharing your treatment plan with your client, educate and link recommended homecare across all brands.
- Perform Advanced Facial Treatments e.g Potenza, ICON & Morpheus.
- You will form a collaboration with your client sharing your professional expertise and products combined with their homecare commitments leaving each client feeling confident that that they will achieve their healthiest skin.

Skills Required
- Must have at least 6-month experience performing skin treatments.
- Strong Client Service (measured by reviews)
- Strong Book of Business (measured by Rebooking and Sales/Revenue)
- Strong adherence to protocols (measured by AEs and quality of client files/notes) - Proven ability to drive revenue growth through skin sales.
- Professional, willing to learn & expand their knowledge. Confident to provide advice & recommend products.
- Passionate for achieving results.
