**£24,000 - £27,000 plus commission**

**WORKING HOURS: Full Time - 35 hours per week (must be flexible with evening and weekend work)**

A Dermalogica **Clear Start Ambassador** is at the true heart of where these results happen in our brand new Boots locations. Based on the shop floor, looking after multiple stores in your region, your role is to empower and educate Boots team members by hosting staff training and coaching sessions. You will build brand awareness of the Clear Start franchise and drive customer acquisition through traffic stopping and engaging with customers and creating fun and exciting activity and events. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have

**The responsibilities of the Retail Skin Therapist. Could this be you?**
- As a Clear Start Ambassador, you will look after multiple stores within your region building brand awareness of our Clear Start franchise in our brand new Boots locations.
- You will drive engagement with the boots team members by regularly hosting instore staff training and coaching sessions to build their confidence and love for our brand and products.
- You will be confident and proactive in traffic stopping and engaging with customers to recruit new customers to our brand.
- You will take your customers through a journey, this will include advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point. We want to Wow our customers with a personalized experience and enable our customers to fall in love with their skin care journey.
- You will be creative and implement events and activity throughout your stores, creating fun and memorable moments for our customers.
- As well as performing our express treatments, every service must be set up as a skin care programme comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals. You will create a partnership by sharing your treatment plan with your customer, educate and link recommended homecare throughout.
- You will form a partnership with your customer. With your professional expertise and products combined with their homecare commitments your customer should feel confident that they will achieve their healthiest skin ever
- You will build strong relationships with store management to build a partnership and secure instore opportunities.
- Our Clear Start Ambassadors will take ownership of monthly targets set for each location, you will analyse the performance of the stores in your region and strategically plan and implement training plans and map out your visits to drive performance.

**Do you have the below skills?**
- You will already have the education that Dermalogica can then build on and develop further. This will be in the form of an equivalent Level 2 in Beauty Therapy. This is an absolute ESSENTIAL, so that we can ensure that the standards of our Retail Skin Therapists are consistent.
- You will have had experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty or FMCG.
- You will have experience in training and be confident in public speaking and hosting training and events.
- An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to really inspire and draw our customers to us.
- You will be a Clear Start ambassador and a true skin geek.
- You will have a bubbly and energetic personality and love speaking to new people, confidently traffic stopping and engaging with customers.
- Above all else, you will have a passion for skin health like no one has ever seen. You will use this passion to inspire others.
