Recruitment Administrator

We currently have an exciting role that has become available for a well established local employer.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be expected to deliver the end to end life cycle of an employee.This role plays a crucial part in the engagement and retention of key talent, whilst also ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
This role will predominantly be supporting the Recruitment Manager with the advertising, monitoring and coordinating a range of vacancies across the organisation.
Main Duties of the role include
- Communicating regularly with hiring managers and the wider HR Team on all recruitment matters
- To be consistent with the brand and external communication
- To maintain the Linkedin Recruiter platform and Talent Hub ATS
- Assist the Recruitment Manager with all recruitment related administration activities
- Complete offer letters and contracts of employment once an offer has been made
Have a good level of written and spoken English, previous recruitment / HR / administrative experience would be advantageous.
Be IT literate and able to utilise digital communication effectively
