We’re currently recruiting for a Yard Administrator to join a busy automotive team in Corby. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of vehicle movements, data entry, and communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: Managing records of incoming and outgoing vehicles Liaising with the site team to resolve vehicle rejections or returns Handling customer repair returns to ensure a quick turnaround Uploading data and maintaining accurate electronic records Responding to phone and email enquiries in a professional manner General administrative duties including filing and document control About You: Previous administrative experience (essential) Full UK driving licence (essential – must be over 21 with no more than 6 points) Computer literate with strong Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and as part of a wider operations team Positive, flexible, and proactive approach What We Offer: Weekly pay during probationary period with Igloo Company pension Free onsite parking Long-term, full-time opportunity Support from Igloo’s recruitment and payroll teams Commutable from: Kettering, Wellingborough, Northampton, Market Harborough, Desborough, Corby Glen, Stamford.
