You'll have a chance to put your hands and eye into the spin on the multiple products in our portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for designing the best possible user experience on mobile. We've got foundations in place, but there is plenty of space for research, analyse and design of the fantastic fin-tech experience. You will help us improve the experience of the existing product by running user research, iterating and testing. You will work with our design system, but at the same time, we want you to own the design and drive the change by running the UX process. We like fun, good content, Figma setup discussions, and retro games. **What we're looking for**: **Essential** - You have documented 3+ years of experience with mobile app design - You can design and run a research and usability testing (moderated and unmoderated) - Your portfolio is a killer, and you are a winning combo of talent, skills and personality that is hard to pass by - You have worked on actual products, not only Bootcamp or side projects - You can thrive in a high pace environment, cross-functional squads, and agile methodology - You understand end to end iterative UX process and know how to implement it - You have an eye for detail and can create beautiful UI that complements excellent UX - You are a team player, a great communicator, and (I hate that word) passionate about what you do **Desirable**: - Everybody knows Figma nowadays, so proficiency in it is an entry point.
