Admin Assistance

Assist with the organisation and management of planned and responsive maintenance, repairs and building projects in accordance with RICS Standards.
Assist with and undertake site surveys in relation to condition, general building surveying, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys and planned maintenance.
You would be answering calls, replying directly where possible, inform the callers that they are adhering to local polices.
To plan and organise regular site visits to ensure that work meets quality standards, compliance with regulations and contractual requirements, as well as clearing meter debts and recording data.
You will be providing support to the backlog housing repair team and other members when necessary.
To be responsible for your own workstream and prioritising your work load to ensure that projects progress in accordance with agreed project plans and clients’ expectations
Maintain electronic and other filing systems, photocopying etc.
Gather data to complete monthly reports for backlog housing repair teams.
Post holders will be expected to be flexible in their duties and carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and failing within the general scope of the job, as requested by management.
MUST BE A CAR DRIVER
Fuel costs will be reimbursed.
**Salary & Start date**
Start ASAP - 3 months contract - with view for extension
£12.30 - £14ph Umbrella - (Negotiable depending on experience)
Monday - Friday - 36 hours per week.
Office based/Hybrid
