**Job Summary**
We are looking for an HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of HR administrative tasks, payroll and finance duties, invoicing, and other office administrative functions. About the role
**Responsibilities**
- HR admin tasks, payroll, and finance duties
- Invoicing and office admin tasks
- Diary management, minute taking, and drafting follow-up actions
- Updating and maintaining records and registers
- Drafting reports and assisting in recruitment processes
- Supporting the health and social care team in administrative tasks related to the care and support of young, vulnerable people
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating training and development programs for staff
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Providing administrative support for case management and care planning activities
- Liaising with external agencies and partners as assigned
**Experience**
- Good computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Studying towards and/or part-qualified CIPD or other finance qualifications would be an added advantage, but not required
- Skills and knowledge in HR and finance roles are an added advantage, but not required
- Understanding of the health and social care sector and the needs of young vulnerable people would be an added advantage, but is not required
Pay: £25,500.00-£26,712.00 per year
