**Position: Quality & Governance Admin Support Assistant**

**Hours: 37.5 per week**
**Based: National role and open to all areas**
**Department: Quality & Governance Team**
**Reporting to: Quality & Governance Director**

The ERS Medical Quality and Governance Team are looking to recruit a new team member in the role of Quality & Governance Admin Support Assistant. This key position will report directly into the Quality and Governance Director and provide support to the rest of the Quality & Governance Team.

The successful applicant must be able to work well within a team and have the confidence and ability to work at times with limited supervision. The position requires IT confidence and proven IT competency in day-day-day tasks using MS WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint. They must be a good communicator who has good verbal and written communication skills.

**The main duties and responsibilities of the new position will be**:

- The provision of general administrative support to the Quality and Governance Team.
- The administration and support with planned preventative maintenance (PPM), across the business.
- Tracking and supporting for the Business Management System (BMS).
- Maintaining and administrating the SharePoint Customer Portal.
- Maintaining a log of all IT and equipment assets.
- The update of the Quality and Governance on-call rota on SharePoint and the communication of this across the business.
- Updating the weekly Quality & Governance Team Action Tracker (weekly Team Meetings).
- Attending and writing the minutes for the Patient Safety Committee and Information Governance sub-committee.
- The raising of Purchase Orders (PO) in support of the Quality & Governance Team.
- The sourcing, booking and administration, including the raising of POs and New Provider Forms, in support of Quality & Governance Team current and ongoing training needs and the procurement of medicines.
- The monthly running and distribution of internal and external Quality & Governance reports.
- The general administration of Radar Healthcare system, supporting new and existing users.
- To support the Patient Experience Manager at times of surge, sickness and or leave.
- Administrative support for contract mobilisations and demobilisations.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
