Our main campus is based in Lyndhurst and we offer a unique integration of education, care and therapy to young people aged 5 to 19 with complex needs.

Reporting to the Operations Director the Administrator will be required to provide efficient, professional and effective administrative support with a special focus on Exams and Finance.
- Provide an efficient and effective administrative and/or secretarial support including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
- Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met. Maintain the audit trail ensuring up to date and accurate information can be provided or accessed as required.
- Update central and local database systems and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy of all data input.
- Ensure the effective operation of delegated administrative processes and procedures, including Petty Cash, Procurement and Reception cover.
- Raising and receipting agency purchase orders and processing the invoices.
- Raising and receipting purchase orders for maintenance.
- Sending end of month recharges/accruals.
- Updating staff salary budget sheets.
- Raising purchase orders for invoices.
