**Contract: Temporary 3 month +**
Office Angels are recruiting for a temporary member of staff to support with administration and accounts payable within one of our clients in Lyndhurst.
Main Duties:
- Working within the Business Support Team, assisting the finance function as an accounts payable officer.
Completing a variety of administration work, working with Microsoft Office and bespoke software to process and monitor financial information.
Liaising with Members of the Public, other staff members and Contractors and collating information gathered.
Covering reception duties when required

Accounts Payable
- Ensure that financial reports are generated in a timely manner on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as directed
- Verify and process new supplier set ups and any amendment requests, providing guidance as required.
- Handle internal and external customer enquiries and disputes by liaising with colleagues and customers
- Monitor and manage the southern accounts mailbox, ensuring that customer correspondence is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitoring reports from other departments and ensuring that any supporting information is collected and collated
- Raising purchase orders and recording goods received notes
- Ensure staff adhere to FC procurement guidelines and offer guidance and support to colleagues.
- Carry out audits and check data to ensure information held on the Contracts Database is current and correct.
Experience in a busy office environment
- Experience of working within a transactional processing team or related finance function.
- Must be able to export and analyse data to include sorting data, filtering using formulae within Microsoft Excel.
